  • ¿Tiene alguna restricción para vehículos recreativos?

    • Sí, las RV deben ser 2010 o más nuevas.

  • ¿Permite acampar en tiendas de campaña?

    • ​No, no permitimos acampar en tiendas de campaña.

  • Do you have pull-thru sites?

    • Yes, our park has ten pull-thru sites. 

 

  • Do you offer full hookups?

    • Yes, all of our sites are full hookup sites. This includes water, electric, and sewer. 

    • All of our sites also offer 20/30/50 AMP electric. 

  • Do you allow pets?

    • Yes, we allow pets here in the RV Park. However, we do not allow pets in our tiny houses. 

    • Please visit our rules and regulations page for more information on pet etiquette here at the park. ​

 

  • Do you allow fires?

    • Yes, our park follows the fire guidelines put in place by Yavapai County. 

    • Our river sites come equipped with a fire ring that can be used to burn fires. 

    • Our non-river sites can use propane fire rings only. 

  • What are your quiet hours?

    • Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and no loud music is allowed here at the park.  

 

  • Can I have packages sent to your park?

    • Yes, mail and packages can be delivered to the park. 

    • Please include your full name and site number in the delivery address. (i.e. Jane Miller/Site #01) 

 

  • What are your rates?

    • Please visit our pricing options page for more info.

 

  • What discounts do you offer?

    • We offer 10% discounts for military with a valid ID.

    • Park promotions and discounts cannot be applied together.

  • Do you allow long-term site rental?

    • Our park no longer offers “long-term” site rentals. We offer monthly rates during our seasonal period. 

    • Sites are limited, and pricing may vary. Please call the office at (928) 634-5990 to discuss pricing and availability. 

 

  • Are your deposits refundable?

    • Our deposits are partially refundable within a specific timeframe prior to your arrival date.
