Pull-Through Sites (A-D)
**Maximum RV length for these campsites is 75 feet**
Description: Welcome to the ultimate basecamp for your Arizona adventures. Our spacious, 90-foot-long Pull-Through Sites are completely big-rig friendly. Bring your largest rig and set up camp with ease. Our 90-foot Pull-Through Sites offer full hookups (20/30/50 AMP), a picnic table, and a fire pit right at the front entrance of the park. Nestled directly off Highway 89A, these sites are an ideal launchpad for exploring nearby Old Town Cottonwood, Sedona, and Jerome. Please note that their proximity to the highway means guests should expect road noise during their stay. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these pull-through sites.

Deluxe Back-In Sites (01-21)
**RV length for these campsites can range up to 45-48 feet**
Description: Perfectly positioned in the heart of the park, these full-hookup (20/30/50 AMP) deluxe sites place you just steps from all main amenities, including the bathhouse, laundry facilities, office, and dumpsters. You'll have everything you need right at your camp, including a fire pit, picnic table, and ample daytime shade under our native Cottonwood and Mulberry trees. Please note that due to their central proximity, some ambient road noise can be expected. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these deluxe back-in sites.

Our newly renovated pull-through sites feature full hookups (20/30/50 AMP) and are built to get your rig parked and set up without the hassle of backing in. Nestled under the shade of mature Cottonwood and Mulberry trees, each spot comes complete with a fire pit and picnic table. Enjoy unbeatable proximity to the heart of the park, placing you just a short walk from the Verde River trailhead, office, bathhouse, laundry room, and dumpsters. Because you are right in the center of the convenience, please note that some ambient road noise should be expected. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these premium pull-through sites.

Description: Escape the highway noise in our Premium River Sites, tucked quietly into the back of the park. These full-hookup (20/30/50 AMP) sites feature a picnic table, fire pit, and beautiful shade from native Cottonwood and Mulberry trees. Positioned safely on an embankment, they offer clear views and sounds of the Verde River with instant access to the riverbank walking trail, kayak launch points, and a small off-leash dog area.

**Maximum RV length for these campsites is 60 feet**
Description: Perfect for a quick stopover, these spacious pull-through sites feature water and electric hookups ONLY. Please plan ahead, as these sites do not include sewer hookups, a picnic table, or a fire pit, and we do not have a dump station on the property. The sites are located at the front entrance of our park nestled directly off Highway 89A. Therefore, please note that there will be road noise in these sites. Maximum stay is limited to 4 nights.

Premium Hill Side Sites (48-59)
**Maximum RV length for these campsites is 45 feet**
Description: Designed exclusively for long-term stays, these spacious, private sites are located at the top section of the park along the hillside. Perfect for extended stays (minimum 180 days), these premium spots require an application process and cannot be booked online. Each site features full hookups (20/30/50 AMP) and a private fire pit to enjoy the evenings. While picnic tables are not provided, you'll enjoy unmatched privacy and immediate access to scenic hillside trails—including the sacred Indian Ruins located right on the property.
