Rio Verde RV Park le da la bienvenida y esperamos que disfrute su estadía. Estas reglas y regulaciones son para la comodidad y seguridad general de todos nuestros huéspedes, campamentos y visitantes de nuestros huéspedes. Rio Verde RV Park puede modificar, cambiar y ampliar estas reglas por el bien del parque y la salud y seguridad de nuestros huéspedes.

 

GENERAL CONDUCT & RULES

• Office Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Everyday) 

• Check-in: 1PM

• Check-out: 11 AM

• El horario de silencio es de 10 p. m. a 8 a. m. y no se permite música alta aquí en el parque. 

• Los visitantes (y cualquier visitante de los huéspedes) deben cumplir con las reglas de conducta establecidas por la ley, y NO se tolerará la conducta en estado de ebriedad o alteración del orden público aquí en el parque. 

• El límite de velocidad en todo el parque es de 5 MPH.  

• No se deben portar armas dentro de los límites de este parque. 

• No andar en patineta en el parque. 

• No se permite fumar ni beber bebidas alcohólicas dentro de los baños, instalaciones de lavandería o áreas de oficina.

 

MAINTENANCE OF CAMPSITE/RV

• Los vehículos recreativos deben ser 2014 o más nuevos. Es posible que se puedan hacer excepciones para vehículos recreativos en buen estado; llame a la oficina del parque para obtener información adicional.

• Mantenga siempre su campamento ordenado y ordenado. 

• Por motivos de seguridad, todas las conexiones de servicios públicos (incluidas mangueras de agua, cables eléctricos y mangueras de alcantarillado) deben estar en buenas condiciones, sin fugas ni cables expuestos. 

• No se permiten tendederos, hamacas ni tiendas de campaña.

VEHICLES

• Sólo se permite un vehículo por camping. Cualquier automóvil adicional se puede estacionar en las áreas de estacionamiento adicionales designadas. 

• Los vehículos deben estar estacionados dentro de su campamento y lejos de la carretera. 

• No se permite estacionar vehículos en el césped, las aceras y losas de concreto.

• No vehicle repairs (oil changing, dismantling, etc.) in the park.

• No se permite el lavado de casas rodantes o vehículos en el parque. 

• Los vehículos de 4 ruedas (ATV o motos todo terreno) están permitidos solo si son legales en la calle.

 

PETS 

• Pet owners are responsible for pets at all times. 

• Pets (including cats) must be kept on a leash and always picked up after.

• Pets are not allowed to be left unattended outside of the RV. 

• ​Tethering a pet to a common area or at your campsite is prohibited.

• Small temporary enclosures are allowed if the pet is not left unattended.

• Pets can run in the off-leash pet area (down by the river) as long as the owner knows that they are responsible for controlling the pet.

 

CHILDREN AND HAZARDS 

• Children under 14 are not permitted to play on the river paths or in the river without being accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the upper area of the park (on the hill) or on the roads in that area without being accompanied by a responsible adult.

FIRES

• This park follows the fire guidelines put in place by Yavapai County. 

• Premium river and pull-through campsites come equipped with a fire ring that can be used to burn fires. 

• Deluxe back-in campsites can use a SOLO stove or propane fire ring to burn fires. 

• Cigarette butts are not to be thrown on park grounds. Guests must bring and use an ashtray. 

 

LAUNDRY FACILITIES/RESTROOM AND SHOWERS 

 

• Facilities are for park guests only.

• Please leave these facilities in good condition. 

• Please remove your clothing from the washers/dryers as soon as the cycles are completed.

• Please close the doors tightly behind you when you leave for security purposes. 

 

**If you notice any problems with these facilities, please inform the office.**

 

MAIL/PACKAGES

 

• Mail and packages can be delivered to the park. 

• Please include your full name and site number in the delivery address.

PRIVATE OWNED BUSINESSES 

This is a private park and is not equipped or licensed to run businesses from the spaces. Suppose you own your own business or act as an agent for someone else’s business. In that case, all contact with the clientele must be conducted at a location outside the park boundaries, and the vehicles for that business are not to be kept in the park unless authorized by management. 

 

CANCELATION POLICIES

• For all daily and weekly reservations, guests may cancel within 48 hours before arrival and receive a full refund except for a $25.00 cancelation fee. Reservations canceled within 48 hours will forfeit their entire deposit.

• Monthly reservations will forfeit their deposit.

• Holidays/Special Events & any special discounts given: the deposit will be forfeited.

• Rio Verde RV Park does not issue refunds for service disruptions, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are beyond the personnel’s ability to control.

• Refunds are not issued for early departures.

 

TERMINATION

Rio Verde RV Park reserves the right to terminate this agreement for any reason which is deemed in the best interest of the park, its employees, and its guests or for no reason. Upon termination of this agreement, the tenant shall immediately vacate the premises. Failure to vacate the premises upon the termination of the agreement shall subject such persons to civil and criminal penalties as trespassers; as trespassers, you will be required to pay all costs incurred, including attorney fees, to have you removed from the premises. In addition, you may be subject to civil and criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment, or both.
